Biography

Following a surgical and tumor pathology fellowship at the University of Southern California, Dr. Takasumi spent time studying with some of the world’s leaders in breast and gynecologic pathology at Vanderbilt and Stanford Universities and at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester.  Gynecologic pathology has been amongst her subspecialty areas of interest since joining the Pathology Department at Saint John’s in 2001.
